    Domestic and International Shipping

    At this time, FeelGoodWellness.com (Therin Green Home Inc) ships to the United States and Canada. For orders outside of these areas please contact us to get a shipping quote.

    All of our shipments originate from within the United States therefore any orders sent to outside of the US will be subject to the customs and duties of the receiving country. Therin Green Home Inc will not be responsible for any custom, duties or brokerage fees incurred for Canadian customers.

    For Canadian customers visit our Canadian site at www.greenhomewellness.com for a similar line of products that originate from within Canada. All prices on FeelGoodWellness.com are shown in US dollars.

    The charges that apply will be calculated at the time of sale and will depend on the shipping option you choose:

    Please note that all orders are processed within 24-48 hours. The approximate times given under the shipping options above reflect shipping times once the order has been processed. We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, therefore all orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, will usually ship on the following shipping day.

    After your item has been packaged your package will be delivered using one of our partner carriers, depending on order value and destination: UPS, USPS Priority Mail®. Orders shipped outside the US and Canada will be shipped via the most economic carrier available.

    These dates apply to “in-stock” items only. Items on backorder or sent manufacturer direct may ship later.

    We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, incorrect addresses, credit card processing, customs delays, etc.

    You will receive your product in approximately 7-10 business days depending on where you are located.

    Note: Orders to the non-contiguous United States (AK and HI) and Canadian territories (Yukon, NWT and Nunavut) may take a bit longer then the above posted times, please allow an additional 3-5 days. Please contact us if you have questions about shipping to these areas.

    For order outside of the United States, you are responsible for the payment of any duties and customs charges that are determined by your government (if applicable). The shipping carrier will contact you upon your shipment's arrival for the payment of these charges.
    Please contact us if you are unsure if your order will have any duties or customs applied.

    *We cannot guarantee Standard delivery shipments. These these shipping time apply to shipments in the Continental U.S. and Canada only.

    Unless specified otherwise, products that require a power source are designed for 110v AC power. When using these products with other power sources, it is suggested that you purchase a converter locally. We cannot be responsible for items that become damaged or defective as a result of misuse or inoperability. When using 110v designed products in an international setting, any warranty is voided, even when using a converter, as you are using these products at YOUR OWN RISK.

    We are required by law to list the price you paid as the customs amount of the package.

    We are required to accurately list the contents of your shipment.

    When ordering from FeelGoodWellness.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

    All orders must be shipped to the credit card holder at the address where statements are received. Because the recipient is responsible for any duties and taxes payment, we are unable to send "gift" orders.

    Therin Green Home Inc reserves the right to charge the customer for customs duty in the event of non-payment. If you refuse to accept delivery of the package, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND ON SHIPPING COSTS IF YOUR PRODUCT IS REJECTED AND RETURNED BY CUSTOMS OR DELIVERY FAILURE.

    Due to warranty issues and manufacturer or medical restrictions, we are not able to ship all products to all geographical locations. Even though our shopping cart may accept your order, we will notify you of any inability to ship to your country and give you the chance of changing your order.

    Complications with orders

    Therin Green Home Inc will notify you within 24 hrs if there are any complications with your order including shipping and back orders.

    Tracking Your Shipment

    Should you want the status of your order, please send an e-mail request to info@feelgoodwellness.com. Please be prepared to provide your invoice number. We will then e-mail you a tracking number and links to the shipping carrier’s website so you can easily track you order.

    Returns

    Therin Green Home Inc provides only the highest quality of products related to health and wellness. However, if you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days for a refund. All magnetic mattress pads are subject to a 90-day money back guarantee. Please note that the following items are not covered by our 30-day refund policy:

    In the event of manufacturer defects or damage during shipping, Therin Green Home Inc will replace the product(s). All products returned as defective or damaged will be inspected by our Quality Control Department for approval as returnable prior to the replacements being sent.

    To return a product, please e-mail info@feelgoodwellness.com and in the body of the e-mail reference:

    · Invoice Number
    · Products to be returned
    · Reason for the return

    Within 24 hours we will e-mail you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please note that we do not accept a return without a RA# on the outside of the shipping package. Please ensure that any product you wish to return is in original condition and in its original product packaging with all instructions and warranties. Otherwise, Therin Green Home Inc reserves the right to reject the return. Shipping charges are not refundable and returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge.
